These deductions support the important work carried out on behalf of our pilot group, including representation, negotiations, safety initiatives, and the resources available to all members through our Association.
We are pleased to share with you the next steps in our journey with ALPA. This is an exciting time for our pilot group, and in the coming weeks, we will be calling for volunteers to support our union in several key roles.

Because you filled out a card during the certification drive, you are automatically an ALPA member.
Your colleagues who filled out a membership card during the organizing campaign automatically became an ALPA member, gaining access to the Association’s resources.
ALPA created a single local council to serve your pilot group immediately after the Canada Industrial Relations Board certified ALPA as your representative.
Today, the Canada Industrial Relations Board certified ALPA as your bargaining agent. You now join more than 80,000 ALPA pilots in the United States and Canada. Thank you to the Air Creebec ALPA Organizing Committee for all their hard work.
