This survey is one of the most valuable tools we have as we prepare for bargaining. It gives the Committee a clear understanding of the priorities, concerns, and expectations of the pilot group, ensuring our bargaining proposals reflect what matters most to you.

The ALPA survey system email will be from app@us.checkbox.com. If you cannot find your survey email, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still cannot find it, please contact efasurveys@alpa.org and write CRQ in the subject line. An analyst will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Your unique survey link is only for you – please do not forward it or share it with anyone else. All submitted responses are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to any individual member, so you can share your opinions in complete confidence.

The stronger the participation, the more accurately we can measure the pulse of our membership. A high response rate strengthens the Committee's ability to advocate on your behalf and demonstrates that our priorities are backed by the collective voice of the pilot group.
