This survey is designed to prepare the negotiating committee and the MEC for negotiations on our first ALPA agreement. This survey aims to provide a high-level overview of our pilot groups’ priorities and is a crucial first step in laying the foundation for our negotiating strategy.

Please set aside 15- 30 minutes to complete the survey. We appreciate your honest and realistic responses as the data received from you will help us to achieve the best possible contract. Only with grounded and thoughtful responses can we build a credible and effective negotiating strategy with the company.
